Absolutely atrocious business to deal with and horrible customer support. No one calls back like they say they will. Dealt with multiple delays for absolutely ridiculous reasons. One time they say they took my phone number down incorrectly. Then they said my shipment was delivered at 9:15am and fortunately I was at home and able to confirm that it was NOT delivered. Absolutely useless sales staff. I went in looking for pricing on a couple options and told them the quantity I wanted. They referred me to the website that has a contact us for pricing form. Why have sales staff at all?

The Stone Center located in Pineville NC is the best of the best in customer service and in delivery! I have, over the last 10 years, had over 25 tons of stone delivered. This week I worked with Mason at the Pineville location and he was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful as I described to him the current project and what I might need. It was super busy that morning yet he still carved out time to walk with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. My delivery arrived today. The driver, Roberto, was just amazing... read more

The customer service has been extremely poor. Following a purchase where I was told by the associate if they oversold me on retaining wall blocks, they would pick up the excess. I have sent multiple follow ups to the associate regarding the pick up date and been blown off or ignored each time.
