Bill was beyond helpful! After I gave him my design idea for my engraved boulder he went right to work! I had a quote before the end of the day and rendering of what I wanted the next day. Calls, emails, texts, he was always available and extremely helpful!
Michael Beebe provided excellent customer service on my two visits to the Stone Center. He understood the type of stone I needed and when it would be in stock. When I picked up the stone Michael promptly had the order prepared and securely loaded onto my truck. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, courteous and professional. I highly recommend the Stone Center.
We have been using Bill Howard at stone center for over 20 years and he has always been professional and honest about all stone work that Simes Landscape and Backyard Oasis pools has purchased. Even when product was fine and the homeowner wanted to swap it out, it was hassle free and no re-stocking fees etc. I would recommend stone center for any natural stone projects you are looking for large or small, Thanks Bill!!
This is the best stone yard here in columbus and I have been to quite a few!! My projects have been smaller but this store gives the same attention , care and service to the customer whether it be big or small. I visited the Stone Center recently and what a cool place! I talked with both Micheal and Bill on two different visits and I was greeted promptly and was educated by two professionals that know the business. They both took the time to show me amazing stone products for my patio project. I will definitely return and refer friends to this awesome center that provides high quality service at great prices!
