I drove over an hour away and they didn’t fulfill either promise they made to me over the phone: (1) they didn’t have the frames in stock I asked for, and (2) they also couldn’t take up my prescription in their lab. They should be more upfront with the promises they make over the phone.
My eye exam at Stone Canyon was exceptionally informative. The knowledgeable and helpful staff addressed all my questions and thoroughly explained the procedures. I am genuinely impressed and thrilled to have found this clinic. If you’re in search of a great eye doctor who takes the time to provide clear explanations, look no further—this is the place for you. The clinic is brand new, and everything is top-notch, including a fantastic selection of frames to choose from.
This place saved us! We were in town for a tournament and my son forgot his contacts at home. I was able to walk in, show his prescription and they gave him a trial pack, at no cost!! The employee at the front was so sweet and the office is beautiful, highly recommend!!
