The fountain is beautiful. After 6 years one arm of my cactus stopped flowing. Stone Cactus had a backlog of installation and service calls due to their recent relocation. They were able to come out today and replaced a valve which fixed the issue. So happy to have it working again. I love the sound of the bubbling water and watching the finches and hummingbirds come to drink!

The fountain is beautiful but I am very disappointed with the company's lack of follow up and communication. One arm of my cactus does not flow. I have called and texted multiple times to schedule service. The one time I actually talked to someone I was told they would call me back to schedule. This has been going on for over 3 months and I have yet had a call back or response to texts. Reading other reviews I see others have had the same issues. I've come to the conclusion that repairs and service are not a priority and you... read more

Update: I'm updating from 5 to 4 stars now that we've had it for more than a year. We still love the fountain but... while the cactus portion is still in great shape the basin has not done well at all. The basin has multiple hairline cracks that leak water. We drain it before we leave for the summer and install their suggested corks. We also drain it when there is a freeze warning. These are not inexpensive and we expected all parts to hold up better. We saw a stone cactus fountain in Tubac, AZ and loved it. We made a subseq... read more

I’ll start off by saying we love our cactus fountain. The quote through installation went without a hitch. However, after the installation we had a small leak coming out of one of the cactus arms and the water flow overall was not good. I contacted the new owner and he stated someone would be out on Thursday or Friday of the coming week to fix the problems (which he said were easy to fix). After a no call, no show for the service, I reached back out to the owner and he apologized as they got busy with a move. He said he woul... read more

What an amazing product they offer. The waterfall cactus are absolutely gorgeous and I expect them to hold up for many many decades to come. The LED lights that shine at night with the water falling down the sides of the cactus is nothing short of gorgeous.
