I would give it zero stars, if I could. First, they didn't show up for the scheduled countertop measurement appointment. When I called, they said they forgot, came next evening instead. Second, they called to say they lost the measurements, and my partner had to leave work during the day, so they could retake them. Third, they were a no show at the given time for installation day.
