Such a great experience! I recently had a hip replacement and needed to reintroduce strength training. It’s been 2 months and the benefits are already visible. Stone Brook Strength has the greatest community. The support offered by the coaches is like no other, I have gained so much strength mentally and physically. A big draw for me is having the programming done for me, I just need to walk in the door!
