I’ve had 2 different experiences with Jon and stone bridge flooring. The first one was okay -little hiccups here and there and a couple things that bothered me. The second experience was absolutely awful. The first experience: they did an okay job laying down flooring however the edging was cut weird and is coming up. There’s also gaps in some parts of the flooring which leads me to believe that some it wasn’t cut right. Beautiful work! Easy to work with! Very lovely showroom with lots of samples to look at. Owner and her husband were very helpful in picking out colors that make my rooms pop. Definitely going to use them for future projects. Highly recommend
Did tons of damage and denies everything. Terrible communication and excuses for very sloppy work. Small claims court is next step.
They came and installed flooring in most of my house and it all looks amazing! There were a couple difficult things they had to tackle with our old flooring that they were able to fix with ease! They were easy to communicate with and very friendly and helpful through the whole process! I definitely recommend them!!
