This is owner managed. I would much rather go to a restaurant like this that is unique.
This place is so unbelievably good!! The owner does everything, it’s a 1 man show. The stone bowl is amazing, but I think the ramen is even better. Fresh ingredients and delicious sauces. Some of the best dumplings I have ever eaten. 10/10 highly recommend!!!
2nd time coming here. Don’t let the poor reviews fool you! The owner is super kind, attentive, and runs the whole place himself efficiently. Food is amazing and if you order stone bowl he makes sure to walk you through how to prepare and eat it. In a post-Covid world, his online ordering system and call button work great! In addition, both times we have come he has given us extra dumplings free of charge. He provides a one of a kind service and it makes me and my girlfriend sad that both times the place has been nearly empty... read more
Food was decent, but the portions were shockingly small. I got a rice bowl, and it was as filling as an appetizer would be (I spent $23 on said bowl). Would highly recommend going somewhere eles if you are hungry.
