Great care and friendly staff. I got hearing aids that fit, made things sound normal-not like an artificial amplifier-in 2 visits at a price LESS than I expected. Dr. Stone took her time and was very patient with me. Highly recommend!
I was transferred here when Hear USA closed. Gave it a good try for almost two years, but eventually had to go elsewhere. Very poor patient care. I would present issues and would essentially be told that their adjustments were correct so I must be mistsken. This is a huge problem because no one can understand what you are hearing or missing better than you.
Dr. Stone was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Great care and service.
