I contracted with Stone Appeal 6 years ago. As part of the agreement, Stone Appeal agreed to include in the price the epoxy reseal of my garage after the first 5 years. When the 5 years came, I called them to schedule the work. Initially, they would not return my call. After multiple tries, leaving voice mails and texts, I received a call from the owner explaining that his one worker passed away and he was short handed and could not do the work that year. Stone Appeal does not make good on their promise with regard to follow-up support. They do not even have the courtesy to return phone calls pertaining to the procurement of the epoxy overlay that is required to be applied every couple of years. Hence, I would not do business with them.
