Terrible experience with Home Collections. Delays, differing descriptions of charges, and staff were inexperienced. Signed with them June 2021, for early August completion -- were able to move into our house late October 2021.

We did a multi faceted project over a couple of different periods and the craftsmanship of the work was good. I appreciate the insight and knowledge across the different trades that they provided us. The personal care and attention to detail in my experience was a world class and I look forward to doing business on the next project.

My sister and bro in law hired this company and they have left and not come back to finish the work they promised would be done.They have done this twice, leaving them without no use to their kitchen for weeks at a time. Their response to this mixup of schedule was they didn’t communicate to one another about dates. So one employee thought one thing. The next day another employee would say something else. This company took advantage of my grandmother for an extra $1500 dollars and would definitely NOT recommend to anybody. That shows his character to take advantage of an elderly person. Please go elsewhere
