Appalling quality. I bought this concrete basin some time ago and had it installed about 3 months ago and this is what it has turned to. It had a clear coating which had completely corroded and there is no protection to it. As the concrete is porous, the water absorbs into the basin. I tried calling to no way through to anyone and also tried emailing to still no response. I would expect a replacement and labour paid to have a new one installed due to the quality of product.

We had a great experience with Stone and Rock. Renovating our backyard, we had a lot of trouble finding natural stone pavers that weren’t a uniform shape. First, I got the wrong sized pebbles! Second, as I had to do another order, nothing happened until know, although I left multiple messages and voicemails. I’m very frustrated!

I have never been laughed out loud at by a supplier. Made to feel absolutely stupid and a nuisance for wanting to buy a product. Having checked by phobe the night before that the product was in stock, when showed up to buy it, I was told I couldn't have it because it was 'on order' and treated like an idiot.
