Warranty claim delayed until product discontinued Ambassador Stone refused to stand behind their product. I reported defects within the warranty period, but they stalled the process for months refusing to replace it. When we finally had a resolution the product line had been discontinued 3 days before it was due to be replaced leaving me with no resolution.
