I drive all the way from Connecticut to get their Charlie’s chowder. It seriously is the best!!!! No lie. Full of meat and fresh tasting! Love it
We went to The Stomping Grounds Grille last night and had a fantastic experience. The setting and atmosphere were great, but what impressed me most was the Avo steak with the peppercorn cream sauce. I travel all over the U.S. for business, and whenever I’m out to dinner, I almost always order a steak. Unique place with a cool atmosphere and very good food. Good taste in music too. We will be back.
You'll step into a home from the early 1900's with period dining furniture . The menu is small but well thought out. The food offerings will please everyone from appetizers to desserts. Very nice wine list as well as cocktails. The food was absolutely delicious. The service was well above average and the server was very attentive and friendly. A completely wonderful dining experience.
Six people with differing orders, none were more than mediocre. Appetizers were the highlight. Lobster roll served at an inflated market price with a scoop of cold slaw and a small bag of chips, really? Salad was unsatifactory even during peak season, no excuse there. Attentive service deserves credit to compensate for food dissappointment.
