That's odd. We purchased a new RV from this vendor and had a few minor problems that were addressed appropriately, fixed or whatever you want to call it without any problems. And those very same issues never recurred. I would recommend them. After not having been to the vendor in person for about 4 years, I walked into the site and the man who sold us our RV recognized me, not only as a customer, but by my first name.
The hidden defect company – Although I rented a couple of RV's before buying I still consider myself as an inexperienced buyer at the time I bought my RV. I bought local as I thought I would get better service once you build a relationship with the dealer. Boy was I wrong. I have had so many issues small and large, even to a point that the issues would compromise the safety of the the occupants.
