Worst customer service ever. They all try to cover up there bad service even the owner only said he would look into it. Waiting on awning since May 21st. Now they say can't order it with out payment when service manager knew I had check from insurance with there name on it. And he was the one said you don't pay till job is complete so finally if you can believe them they ordered it today June 11th over three weeks after they the go ahead from myself and insurance adjuster

That's odd. We purchased a new RV from this vendor and had a few minor problems that were addressed appropriately, fixed or whatever you want to call it without any problems. And those very same issues never recurred. I would recommend them. After not having been to the vendor in person for about 4 years, I walked into the site and the man who sold us our RV recognized me, not only as a customer, but by my first name.

1/4/2014 We just bought a new motorhome from these people today. Fantastic people, fantastic service. This is the fourth motorhome that we have purchased, and the first one from this dealership ,and we will be back! Our sales person Ken Miller was phenomenal... He got us a wonderful deal, and the financing package they put together was super! I felt we were treated honestly and fairly. Thank you so much, Bob & Val Payne...Lansdsle, Pa

Had a very bad experience with these folks. We were quoted a price on a used Motorhome and were offered a trade in value on our fifth wheel. The day we were to complete the transaction we were informed that they would give us $2000.00 less for our trade in after they went over it with a fine tooth comb! We decided to walk away from the deal. I felt something was not right. Two days later I went to their web site and found the same motorhome listed for $10000.00 more than what we were quoted! The hidden defect company – Although I rented a couple of RV's before buying I still consider myself as an inexperienced buyer at the time I bought my RV. I bought local as I thought I would get better service once you build a relationship with the dealer. Boy was I wrong. I have had so many issues small and large, even to a point that the issues would compromise the safety of the the occupants.
