We brought our Fusion in for warranty work. Setting up an appointment was easy. The only slight issue was it took much longer than expected because we have a hybrid and the installation instructions needed to be sent specially.

When I called for service, they got us in right away. They repaired our truck while we waited there. The manager came to speak to us to tell us the problem and what they were doing to repair it. We were pleased with the service we received.
