They RUINED my favorite pants!! This dry cleaner destroyed a pair of expensive designer pants. They have NO idea how to handle delicate clothes or expensive fabrics. The owner and staff present a unprofessional demeanor and offered no explanation for the why the material was destroyed. Basically, their carelessness and my naivet about how unskilled their services are became MY problem. Don't take anything to this dry cleaner that you care about! Never again. Couldn't get out even simple things even after given 2 tries. Ruined a shirt. Can't press a shirt or pants properly.
Ruined my blazer! No. Stars. Absolutely awful service. Gave them a blazer to get out a ketchup stain and it was returned with a blue ink stain. Just wonderful.
Stoltz Dry Cleaners This is a convenient location for me, so I have been using them for more than a decade. In the last year quality and service have taken a dramatic turn for the worse.
Trustworthy cleaners I brought in a dress with a nasty coffee stain. I absolutely loved this dress and did not want to stop wearing it. Stoltz understood my agony and dry cleaned the article three times! I only paid for one. The stain was gone! I appreciate their determination. After this experience, I take all my dry cleaning here. I have never once gotten an article of clothing back that did not look impeccable. new good place They have some pretty good machines even though they are less in number. Looks like they have replaced them only recently. They also charge nominally as compared to the other laundry services in the vicinity. Some drawbacks are that they do not have enough parking to hold all the cars their customers get in. They also do not have a good ventilation.
