I don't write reviews often unless I feel taken care of, and J.D and his team ( including wife, Christina!) did just that. Christina led the call with empathy and helped direct me in the right direction to fix my giant problem. Dealing with insurance is a nightmare, and JD took the time to quite literally walk me through - with humor, I might add- every step of the process I'd need to do, ESPECIALLY things my own insurance didn't tell me to jump on immediately.
