I had a good experience, but the long wait time in the emergency department was frustrating. The doctors and nurses were professional, caring, and provided excellent treatment. The facility was clean and well-maintained, which was reassuring. However, the wait time was much longer than expected, making the experience stressful. While I understand emergencies can be unpredictable, improving efficiency would make a big difference.
