The waiting time is sooooo long that we thought that they had forgotten about us. My son had an injury on his head and we were so nervous about his situation but we had to wait several hours for the Dr to come and visit him.
So sad to spend more than 7hr in emergency with baby throwing up without seeing a doctor. I am really disappointed with the service.
My son ended up here yesterday after falling on a park playground- needed stitches and to be evaluated in case of concussion. It was a positive experience. Everyone we interacted with was professional, kind and competent. I deeply appreciated that none of the staff we interacted with or saw was wearing any political symbols of any kind.
