The people are nice BUT...I have been here twice for two nerve test, upper and lower extremities. The first time I was early to my appointment and had to wait 30 minutes beyond my appt time to be seen. The second time I was on time for my appointment and had to wait over an hour beyond my appointment time to be seen, and 1.5 hours to be exact. This is not good customer service, it's inconsiderate, and unprofessional.

It was a pleasure meeting meeting Dr. Stoll, the manager Mr. Cox, and the staff who works at the front desk and answers the phone! Terrible experience especially with the office manager and the front desk lady.My appointment was at 8:30 , I saw the doctor at 9:30 after complaining to the front desk lady who acted as if she didn't hear me I was late to my work as a teacher 🙃
