I witnessed a Stoll construction truck pulling a trailer go around traffic, blowing the horn, and yelling at a man doing his damndest to direct traffic on Bardstown Rd after an accident occurred. The accident happened around 1:00 in the 2500 block of Bardstown Rd on Friday 12/18. I hope this kind of behavior is not indicative of Stoll Construction's attitude
