Matt was contracted out by Reliance to take care of an issue with a leased AC unit. We have had many repair people come through the house via Reliance and Matt was one of the most professional and timely guys we have had. Our AC unit dies on the Wednesday before the August long weekend, Reliance thankfully books Matt for the Thursday morning.
