The lady that answers the phone is extremely RUDE and unprofessional
horrible people who take advantage of everyone. Very rude to whoever talks to them especially when emailing.
Absolute scam artists, they've been harassing me about a debt that's been paid off for years now, they know that, they've seen the payoff letter. Even knowing all of that they've repeatedly sent process servers to my house, served me with fake court summons (nothing ever shows up on the court dockets), and sent me a fake court judgement letter. if this continues then I'm going to sue you into the ground because this is rank harassment.
My wages received garnishment, Stokes and Wolf took out 6,850. My garnish ended in June. Now its September and I receive a letter saying I owe them another 425.76. On top of the fact I only owed 1,450 on the loan I had, they took 6,850, no matter I paid 250 for 2.5 years on the loan. Can you say fraud!!!!
