Dogs should not be allowed in this type setting. Everyone doesn't like animals. Only service animals showed be allowed. Also the gentlemen that sits directly in the desk as you walk in isn't friendly at all horrible demeanor.
Had issues with a key fob they made me make an appointment. While it seemed at first they just wanted to sell me on buying a new key fob rather than troubleshooting mine, I insisted on wanting to figure out what was the issue with mine first I had changed the battery out with two from the store but apparently neither of them were good. Ultimately the problem was the battery and total cost was less than 7 dollars. They could have charged me the hours labor to reprogram the key and I wouldn’t have known any different.
