Mcleod Emergency department has such an exceptional doctor and his name is Dr. Denis Trinnel, DO. My brother was in the hospital and he treated him with the utmost respect. He even researched his chart from his previous doctors to give him comfort in results his own doctor did not provide to him. We need more people like him !!!
I am so grateful to find McLeod hospital is close to my new home. As a new resident I was concerned about going to the hospital and when I had to call an ambulance my experience was so perfect from beginning to check out. I was in PCU. This place is an abusive nightmare and no one seems to care to change that for the betterment of the patience. I am being systematically used and blacklisted buy the whole of Florence County Medical and McLeod is part of it.
Do not trust this hospital. Please be aware they will cover things. My love one fell during surgery while she was not alert, and these word's came from the doctors who did her surgery. The administration staff did not come to check on my family, however they came days later after we kept requesting. Please know here they will document the truth of what happened, but will cover it up later with other documentation forgetting what they already documented. My husband and I came in this week to L&D for our newborn and have had the best care team! Our primary nurse was Camille & she was absolutely amazing. So attentive and comforting during this special time. Dr. Emerson delivered our little baby and made this experience so memorable! All of the nurses assistants were beyond helpful-I wish I could take the time to thank each one of them but there were so many!
