I had a received notice from my insurance company that my roof claim had been denied due to reporting the damage too late. I reached out to Kenny for support and advice. His knowledge of homeowner's policies and how denials can be appealed helped me communicate with my insurance company after the verbal denial. The denial was never formally documented by my insurance company and they reversed their opinion and supported my claim. Thank you, Kenny! You just saved me from funding the replacement of my roof!
