I contacted about a fire we had. He filed the initial paperwork for contents , got his money and poofed ! I have more to file with insurance but don’t believe he deserves another penny . Left in the wind! Not a great experience

Our business had a pipe burst and flood a large area in January and our mitigation company and insurance companies could not find middle ground and we felt trapped in-between.
