Carriers, be very careful when loading at this shipper.!!!!! They loaded our truck with 5,000 lbs more than stated, and it took 6.5 hours to finish loading. After leaving, we scaled and discovered we were overweight. When we returned, the staff had already left, and we were forced to wait until 8:40 AM the next day to be unloaded. Our driver was treated very poorly and spoken to in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. The manager is a disgusting person; he threatened my driver, saying he would blacklist him because my driver refused to drive an overweight load. Furthermore, they denied him access to the restroom for the 13 hours he was held at their yard.
