I paid $40 for overnight shipping for lifesaving medication for my cat to be told “oh it’s saturday. won’t be shipped until monday” I expressed he was dying and that I needed it and couldn’t wait until tuesday. Told me there was nothing to do. So we wait. In the process my sweet boy went into respiratory distress from the liquid merging to his lungs and his body went into shock. This pharmacy very nearly could have killed my bird. Our vet called in a prescription for my pet cockatiel and they messed up filling the prescription and sent us the medication that was concentrated at levels that would be used for a human taking the medication and not an 80 gram bird. Thank goodness we checked the label and were able to pick up on the mistake, but we very well could have missed this since we’re not vets or pharmacists and our poor bird could have paid the price. Overpriced products and shipping fees. There’s no insurance for pet meds, so they make sure to charge top dollar to their customers. There’s such a limited number of compounding pharmacies, that there are no other options. If there were, I’d buy from someone else.

They were out of stock on my cat's eye prescription. I have been waiting over 4 weeks....still not in stock.
