Staff always very pleasant. Ordering refills is quick and easy. Never a problem with deliveries. Stokes is great company.
Excellent customer service. Prescription was well packaged and shipped quickly after ordering.
Update as of Sept 2026. Stokes pharmacy is experiencing supply chain problems for Tacrolimus 0.01% eye drops for dog dry eyes. They charged my credit card but have failed to ship. Customers received mass email updating shipment on or about September 17th. They haven’t shipped yet on 19th. Called customer rep who is NOW indicating an additional 2 - 3 week delay for a total of 6 weeks without prescription med. My dogs eyes are blood red 24 / 7! Extremely frustrating experience with Stokes Pharmacy. My dog was referred to Stokes after his previous pharmacy stopped compounding one of his medications. I get two of his medications there: benazepril and hydrocodone. Unfortunately, the prices are already significantly higher than what I was paying elsewhere — Stokes charges $48 for a 30-day supply of benazepril, compared with $60 for a 90-day supply from his previous pharmacy.
