Stokes Marine is doing a friend’s dock and helped me coordinate getting a lift from him. They went out of their way making it easy for myself and the company doing my dock to transport and acquire the lift. Thank you guys for helping out even though I’m not your customer. Very professional operation they are running.
The best of the best!! We just finished our 3rd dock remodeling project with Stokes Marine. It was a 2 month or so long project and it just went perfectly. We had a new boat being delivered that was much larger than our current vessel so it required a complete re-design of both the dock and the lift, as well as complete removal of the old lift and pylons. They put in a dock and lift in for me and the work was OK. Some of the lift is now coming apart so I called them up so they can work on it. I must have left 3-4 messages over 3 months and they never returned my calls. This has been an on going issue with them for over a year.
We would like to express our highest satisfaction with Stokes Marine. Looking for a new dock they definitely met our expectations We are extremely impressed with the team, from the beginning till the end of their work. Due to their professionalism, they fulfilled our wishes and offered first-class service. Especially Eric Sammet, our contact person for all matters did an excellent job. Stokes Marine was definitely the right choice. I contacted several local Marine Contractors and by far the most knowledgeable, attentive and straight shooter was Travis my Sales Person. He knows what he's doing, he does what he says and says what he does. He made great suggestions in which I incorporated into my project and most importantly he followed up and kept me informed.
