If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered FD pins for a graduation ceremony 3+ weeks prior to the graduation. They didn’t arrive in time. When I contacted them to discuss this. All I got in response was “we wish you the best” They did nothing to try and amend the situation. They will no longer receive my business. I feel so sad for the graduate who won’t be able to wear his FD pins for his graduation.
