I rented his garage apartment. He treated me like a dog. Told me I had reason to talk to him. I fell and broke my shoulder and humerus bone.. the second fall on his slippery floor, during the hurricane… he has a generator going on his empty office and left his tenants without, as I suffered. When he found out I was injured.. he raised rent 225. … then telling me to move out. I am disabled. He’s mean, arrogant and made me move. He never took responsibility of the unit … He abused a disabled person…
Kevin I don't disagree there are many issues with our policy/account. Not sure what that has to do with poor communication skills, but if your response makes you feel better 👍, Great Job too bad the agency couldn't communicate like this months ago. --------- Communication skills follow up needs attention. This starts at the top of the agency, so everyone understands the expectations start at the Top.

What an amazing experience. Brittany and her team not only make you feel like they are your long time friend but she truly cares about providing the best product at the most affordable rates. I had been with the same agent for 10+ years and decided to make a change and I am glad I did !! Thanks Brittany and team. God bless
