At separate er visits for a MRSA infection in my hands, not only was I misdiagnosed and shuffled off to orthopedic, I was treated rudely and given less than empathetic, human care. No one should ever have to AMA out of the ER and risk losing a limb because the staff are cold, assuming, biased and unprofessional. No stars, I do not recommend.
RecommendedI was referred to SIH plastic and reconstructive surgery because of breast cancer. I was referred to Dr. Rivera. When I first meet Dr. Rivera I was not impressed. I was still super emotional about my situation. I have since come to understand Dr. Rivera is very technical and all about his job. I am very happy with the reconstructive surgery he did. The staff at SIH plastic and reconstructive surgery are all friendly and very understanding. I would definitely recommend them.
