Jaron and his team were phenomenal. Everyone was very friendly. The install was quick and painless. At the end, Brett went over how to use the heat pump and answered any questions I had.

They took the time to explain everything, made sure the job was done right, and treated our home with care and respect. Jaron and his team at Stokes Heating and Cooling were fantastic. We had Jaron install a heat pump for our split-level home. We’ve had our system for 3 years now and have been very happy with it. The installation was done by Stokes, and the experience was great. Recently, the blower stopped working, leaving us without heat. I contacted Stokes, and they responded immediately, adjusting their schedule to get us back up and running. I couldn’t be happier with the customer care and the results. Now, we're back to being warm and comfortable. Thank you, Stokes, for your excellent service!
