Called and canceled membership in July. Instead of canceling, they placed my membership on hold for two months and then started billing me again. After catching the mistake after the 4th charge that I did not authorize, we called the Y to resolve and because I could not remember the name of whom I spoke to 6 months prior, they would only offer a partial refund of 2 payments.
