Shoddy work. Two interior doors that cannot be opened at the same time because they collide. An exterior door that was installed backwards. The threshold slopes inward so when it rains, my office has a pond in it. Plumbing: All plastic, no unions anywhere...hot water heater in particular. Sorry workmanship.
Really busy company, we get. Hopefully, in the future when we actually do business with them we can give a better review. This review is based on a phone call and although Mike was polite and nice he's just soooooo busy. Happy for him, sad for us.
