Looked at a used 2025 GMC 2500 with 8200 miles on it. I noticed two gouges ( not scratches) and asked if they were going to fix them and was told that they touched them and if I wanted them fixed like they were suppose to be that I would have to pay the cost . Unheard of , why should I have to pay for damage that I didn’t do ? Needless to say I purchased a truck somewhere else that same day.
