Never experienced anything quite like this. Waited over an hour for what ended up being ice cold chicken wings and two sides. Four people working, but it seemed like they genuinely made each component at a time? Fascinating.
Them wings though!!! Fresh fried whole wings! The only place you can get Fried alligator nuggets!

Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with this BBQ truck. The food took way too long, the portions felt small for the price, and the BBQ itself just wasn’t that impressive.The meat was dry, the sides were bland, and overall it didn’t feel worth what I paid. Hopefully they improve because I expected a lot more.
