I recently left a bad review because I felt that I was overcharged. I would like to change that to a plus 5 rating. Chris in customer relations approached the service team about my situation and they discovered a technical error that caused the overcharge and immediately reimbursed me for the overage. I am very pleased with their professionalism and I highly recommend anyone to use this service center. If I could give them less than 1 star- I would. The service writers talk about customers to the point where they could be heard in the lobby! The charge was freaking ridiculous (that is according to 2 independent mechanics) and their mechanics had taken some caps off my truck for the diagnosis and did not put them back on not to mention the fact that my ac went to making an awful noise after they changed the cabin filter! Don’t wasted time or money with them.
They say I will love it!
