Terrible customer service want return your calls. Had to go up there to even get an answer then was lied to about how they had tried to get ahold of us all day. Then had to pay a high diagnostic fee that we were not told anything about! We want be back.
If you do not have to go here do NOT. Second time with our 21 GMC in the shop (only cause of warranty reasons or we wouldn’t have went back) we made an appointment months in advance so they would have parts for what was according to them a 3 day job 2 weeks with no trucks and no loaner as promised. Greg in service is a complete prick with 0 bit of professionalism. This place was great when they were Stokes but Mcsweeney has been a huge letdown twice
I brought my brand new Rubicon in and they held it for weeks trying to figure out a heater core issue. Finally got it back just to find that my ac / heat controls were reversed. They didn't even put it back together correctly. My steering was off too. I eventually just got rid of the dang thing.
