Terrible customer services. Went into buy cutlery and need help completing the set and finding small dessert spoons. The key holder treated me like I was an idiot and tried to show me how to use the website to help myself and the associates said I was asking too many questions. They tried to refuse to give me the number to another store. Not a great experience at all. Rude, unhelpful and almost seemed bothered to be making the sale. I opted to buy all the items together at the other locations instead of some here….

Will never shop here again. Terrible quality!! We bought a cast iron pan, and in the very first use, the pan fell apart and broke in half. All the food is wasted and made a mess on the stove top!! Shame of you!
The prices at this store are unbelievably cheap. Also staff are supper friendly, specially athe lady who is spending Persian. She helped us a lot with patient to find a gift for our friend.
