Had a couple of jobs done on my daughter’s mini, one of them the timing chain. Very impressed, they really are mini experts. If you have a problem with a mini, I would highly recommend taking it to Stoke mini works.
Hi all, I wanted to take time out to post a honest and factual review on stoke mini works. Firstly, I Dnt know were to start with the amount of stress, grief and anxiety Jeff has caused myself. We initially took the car my mini to him to carry out some work which was a mot advisory which was front rear bushes and suspension arn. This work was quoted at £360 and was happy to pay. Great garage. Jeff and Lawrence (apologies if misspelled) are both very knowledgeable and honest. I've used these guys a couple times now for my r53 and both times I've felt confident and have been kept in the loop. They also keep to their timescale estimates as closely as possible which is one of the most important things about a garage for me. Their pricing is reasonable too.
Had a couple of errors on my 2018 mini auto,contacted Stoke mini works and they were more than happy to help and get me booked in! Luckily it was just the transmission oil,but the service and price was 10/10. Thank you so much,I will be bringing my mini here for any future work needed on my car. Bonus that it’s 5 minutes from my house!
Took my 2013 MINI Countryman to this garage when it unexpectedly went into ‘Limp Mode’. Turns out it needed a replacement Crankshaft Sensor. Not only did they carry out this repair, they also cleaned out my washer jet filter upon my request at no extra cost! Very professional, down to earth and honest mechanics. Very, very fair pricing and surprisingly fast service. 10/10 all round.
