I have received excellent care from this practice over the years. I get that they care and are all doing their best to help us patients, despite many challenges. Despite the increasing challenges of ever increasing workload this Practice continues to deliver me great care. Due to my age and conditions I am a bit of frequent flyer so I see a consistent service for my family. They are not perfect but they work really hard and passionately to deliver and that is all anybody van do.
A disaster with the Anema service. None medical professionals will give you the right or not to have a GP appointment. It’s a shame in a western modern country in 2025 to not be able to have a GP appointment
Used the new on line anima appointment system , all I succeeded in getting is an appointment one week away which is not really convenient as I was off of all this week and have had no phone call as to how I manage a very sore eczema condition with my head in the interim.
