Following a small amount of videos and one in-person meeting Sammi was able to adjust positioning and provide feeback to help me perform in the gym with specific lifts. The feedback was very beneficial and I had great success! Highly recommend for anyone in area!
I utilized Sammi for personal training. She designed custom workouts for me, reviewed videos, and helped me to be successful in competing. Highly recommend for a knowledgeable and encouraging trainer!
I have known Sammi for a while but just recently started working with her as a trainer. In the past I've done strength training exercises but I have never gained this much muscle this quickly! We were working towards a competition and just seeing how much I could move. I went from benching about 90lbs to 120 and dead lift 185 to 250lbs in about 5 or 6 months! Sammi is wonderful! I did virtual coaching with her in preparation for the Women's Barbell Classic. She is knowledgeable, friendly, professional and so helpful! She helped me gain so much confidence in my deadlift. She was right there on meet day to support us all as well.
