I dropped in at Stoic CrossFit as I was traveling through Colorado and had a great experience there! Great workout, with really friendly and supportive people. The coaching was outstanding, not only for the movements we did during the WOD, but also some great tips for rehabbing some shoulder issues. I really hope to stop back here again when I travel!
