One of my trucks was hit, parked in a parking lot and I brought it to sofas for repair. 1 they got the job done ahead of schedule 2 I swear My Truck is cleaner and looks prettier than when I got it from the dealership 3 their communication along the way was phenomenal 4 the knowledge and customer service. The staff while dealing with them on the phone and while in their shop was beyond phenomenal. If you’re looking for exceptional customer service coupled with an outstanding job. Stofa is the place to go.
Stofa’s did a thorough and detailed estimate of repairs required for our car after a recent accident. Though they didn’t actually do the repair, since the insurance company considered it “ totaled”, Stofa’s did call to follow up to be sure we were satisfied with the insurance settlement before releasing it to them. We have used Stofa’s many times and trust them to be professional, thorough, and reasonable priced. We highly recommend them.
Everyone in Poughkeepsie will tell you how wonderful Stofa’s is I have been a customer of theirs for 25 years and can’t say enough good things about them. They have gone the extra mile for me many, many times since I have known them!
