They can start by not being crooks and lying to people just to get their business. They start the work and add things on without telling you after original quote and then still expect you to pay for it! When they should be telling you about the additional stuff before they do it to give you the choice on whether or not you want it! I was in New York for a convention and was having car difficulty. I called them at 7AM (one of the earlier opening shops!) and described the problem I was experiencing. Despite the fact they were VERY busy all morning, they still had me come over, diagnosed the problem and got my car fixed in short order! Amazing people amazing work
Had problems with my transmission and was afraid that I was looking at a new or rebuilt transmission for my 2004. Brad and the team worked with me to find a fix for the problem that was a fraction of the cost of replacing the transmission. They were cautious through research and thorough in fixing the problem.
