I feel they are working hard to take care of my insurance needs, they do a great job and are almost always available to answer a quick question, if I need!!! Great company!! would definitely recommend!!
I've been pleased that this insurance agency will shop around to get better coverage and lower premiums. So I'm not limited to sticking to just one underwriter!
Chris and the team have been great over the years. Not only do they regularly review policies to ensure I have the best fit (and price) coverage, but the only time I did need to have home damage covered everything was handled promptly and smoothly.
The service from the agency is fantastic. The rate increase from the insurance company was astronomical !! So I am no longer with SNA sorry.
