I have attended a couple of wakes at this facility to say goodbye to loved ones, and each time the experience has been respectful and comforting. The facility is always clean and well maintained, and the staff members have consistently been kind, compassionate, and helpful during such difficult moments. I’m grateful for the care and professionalism they show to families and guests

I do not like this place. My father went up there to pay his bill and went to the wrong door, so they let him in through their office. It was disgusting and creepy. Black stains on the ceiling, a lot of them. It was like a haunted house. And before that, Trey was super rude when we were making our arrangements, and the employee who stutters shut the door in our face.

I have had family go to Stoess for generations. I am beyond disappointed. My niece took her mom there, I donated $500 the night of the visit and it seems the deep pocket son of the owner tucked my money away never to be seen again. Years later they still have not figured it out and are still harassing my niece for money she does not owe them. This is not the only payment that suddenly doesn’t exist.
