Buyer beware I’m a technician of nearly 30 years. The technical service department is one of the most dismissive and obtuse in the industry. The head of the department Mike Austin should be setting an example of leadership and helpfulness, but sadly he’s the least interested in helping solve issues when things go wrong. It’s too expensive an item to replace so you might want to pick another, more repair oriented brand.

Pleasantly pleased on the quick unloading of the semi trailer, But, beware of the people that work here. They will drive rite into your truck and don't seem to care?? The trailer was completely trashed with busted wood and junk from the delivery. It was perfectly clean when I got this load put into the truck. Never in my life have I seen such a mess after unloading the product.....
