My mom was no where close to being viable for an FTCA claim yet Stoddard had her convinced for a year that her work related injury was an FTCA matter and not a worker's comp matter. We didn't know our rights and my mom was bullied into going back to work against medical advice and despite being disabled. He lied about insuring my vehicle. He said he never dealt with me or ever seeing me. I am the one who came into his office to insure both my vehicle and my husbands. My husband was in the Hospital.
