Worst experience ever, I booked for 3pm and when I was waiting for my turn, receptionist came and told me, they have confusion about booking and I was like I took half day off for my appointment. and she wanted me to wait so she can arrange some other patient in queue , what kind of management is this ? totally ridiculous management.
